**The lifetime warranty applies to the metal and plastic parts of the X4 Labs Device.

Exchange/Refund

In the unlikely event of a refund request, the purchaser must contact us via EMAIL only. Please include in the email your full name, address and order number. Once approved the refund will be credited once product has been returned and inspected. Returns are subject to a bank processing fee and shipping charges which are deducted from final refund quote.
