How long will it take to receive my order?
It usually takes between 4-5 Business Days to recieve your order depending on location .
What time is Customer Support available?
Customer Support services are available 24 hours, 7 days a week. For more complex issues our Specialized Support is available between 9AM and 5PM Eastern Time.
Is my order packaged discreetly?
Yes, all orders are packaged discreetly in a plain grey envelope and marked X4 Labs.
Can I order with Cash, Money Order or Western Union?
Yes, X4 Labs accepts Cash, Money Orders and Western Union Payments. Simply send Cash, Cheque or a Money Order to the address listed on our Contact Page.
Can I order over the phone?
Yes, you can place an order over the phone 24 hours 7 days a week. One of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.
How long does it take to get a response by e-mail?
It usually takes between 24-48 hours to receive a response by e-mail. X4 Labs will do their best to reply as quickly as possible to your requests.
Is the X4 Labs Device available in Stores?
Unfortunately the X4 Labs device is currently unavailable in retail stores, and is only available by online and/or mail order.
